In dueling briefs filed late Friday, special counsel Jack Smith and Trump's defense lawyers continued to make their respective cases both for and against a gag order.

Can’t issue a gag order. It’s an official act.

The “no, you” approach is definitely becoming a regular card in their playbook. Got to throw that shit up against the wall and see what sticks I guess.

Biden need to order all the property owned by the conservative members of the court be seized under eminent domain. You know, for security reasons. And he should make sure they don’t miss Clarence Thomas’ RV.

This from the same legal team that successfully argued that the president is above the law, including having the ability to assassinate his political opponents.

Putting aside the ludicrousness of this argument, what good would a gag order do if Biden violates it? He’s immune from prosecution.

Only if he says I DECLARE AN OFFICIAL ACT first. Otherwise, it’s a sparkling personal act.
