Delta Air Lines is changing its employee uniform policy following a social media user's outrage over two flight attendants photographed wearing Palestinian flag pins.
Whether or not it constitutes “news” is debatable but the subject matter IS inherently political. Pins were worn out of a political viewpoint. They were complained about out of a political viewpoint. And that complaint was addressed both thru social media and revised corporate dress policies out of a, you guessed it, political viewpoint.
Personally, I support Palestine and any world citizen’s right to protest the genocide happening there. But my opinions aren’t what’s relevant here. I make no corporate policies 😂.
