What part of “transformative” did you not understand?
What part of “transformative” did you not understand?
If I traced an artwork or copied GPL licensed code into an non-GPL one, my ass would be beaten by others on the internet.
If I gave you an arbitrary image from Midjourney and all of the training data from it, I doubt you could match it to the “source art.” AI images are usually transformative.
Mine is full of…
Oh wait, I deleted my Twitter when Musk turned it into a cesspool.
Definitely. Society is fucked right now because people are brought up to believe that peaceful protest is some sort of societal panacea.
I would rather have the presidency delegitimized than take the gamble.
Simply replace the SC judges in an official act.
Voting costs you nothing and you should do it, even if it feels like a waste of time. However, going to BLM in 2020 made me realize how pointless being “politically active” is. Nothing will change for the better in the US unless people arm themselves and strike fear into the state itself.
Voting seems to be doing fuck-all if I’m being perfectly honest. We need to stop coasting to a stop and slam on the brakes.
I might not have a lot of things going for me, but I’m lucky I have passports for two countries.
That takes an amount of cunning and resources that few people have. I think most people with the ability to do that benefit from the current status quo.
We need guns because we’ll never disarm the state’s goons.
The illusion of democracy has entirely worn off. When are we taking to the streets with guns?
The bill, passed by the state’s Senate last month and set for a vote from its general assembly in August, requires AI groups in California to guarantee to a newly created state body that they will not develop models with “a hazardous capability,” such as creating biological or nuclear weapons or aiding cyber security attacks.
I’ll get right back to my AI-powered nuclear weapons program after I finish adding glue to my AI-developed pizza sauce.
I honestly could not give less of a shit who’s training the models. I’m not gonna boycott C# because it was developed by Microsoft. There are open source implementations of generative AI that make use of freely-available models.
