Alternatives to soon-to-be unsupported Windows releases exist.
But I hate that my old pc keeps getting updates with copilot without me asking for copilot.
MS replaced Cortana with Copilot, so it’s kida just an update to an existing feature.

On Windows 11 you can just uninstall it. I did. Win10 is old and about to be unsupported.

Linux, as in kernel: Yes. Qualcomm doesn’t develop FOSS GPU drivers, though. freedreno only supports older Adreno GPUs.

There were no Copilot+ PCs 6 months ago. Stop lying.

Did you even attempt to read it?
“they” ist kein Pluralwort.
And yet the grammar attached with its use is plural and that’s super weird. “They goes to the store” is just wrong.
then use “they”
After 30 years of education saying otherwise it is not so easy.
do you speak exclusively with yourself?
I don’t speak English with others at all. I’m not in an English speaking country.
your linguistic choices affect others
Having a hard time grasping completely new concepts is not a choice.
You obviously understand English to a lesser degree than me. I nowhere wrote that I made demands to comply with me. Where on earth do you get that idea that offering a perspective is a demand?

When I read it, I always have to read twice to check whether one or more people are meant. I rather read and use “she/he” even with the additional typing.

That’s Microsoft’s version of a Chromebook for some light web browsing for 188 dollars. I wouldn’t buy it but this doesn’t look like a rip off at this price point.
If any other messenger had the same issue, Moxie Marlinspike and fans would have an outcry on biblical proportions.
