Maybe look a little outside the US? Other Western countries are far, far safer and have much less gun violence with less weapons in circulation. The difference is the easy access to weapons.

I think the idea with Vance is to display a youthful side in contrast to Trump, especially since age has been a topic in the campaign on both sides. But it’s just tiresome to watch the same ol’ white men being worshipped at the polls.

What’s with all the obsession about how other people choose to live their lives. These political types are just trying desperately to find something to be offended about constantly. Absurd.

I’m not. The media outlets are full of strategies for a new Trump term. Probably because of recent events. It may moderate eventually, but right now it’s all about Trump in the US coverage.

I didn’t say anything about what the polls say or don’t say. I just said that the Europeans are preparing for a Trump presidency and Biden’s stock is quickly devaluing there. That’s all.

I’ve been reading European news outlets for the past few days. They don’t even acknowledge Biden anymore. He’s barely mentioned. Everyone is debating and discussing how to deal with the next Trump term. The assassination attempt has really confirmed to them that Trump will 100 percent be the next president. Felonies and all.

So, the GOP is running with two white men again? We’ll, color me surprised…

Maybe not like kings and queens, but it would certainly help create equality. Having lived in several European countries for many years, it’s quite unreal to see the enormous inequality in the US being mostly defended by the people who would benefit the most from its dismantling.

Actually, the part of the electorate that benefits from his decisions does find it totally fine. Zero integrity.

It’s a fact that Democrats and progressives don’t show up as consistently to vote as conservatives. It’s just not part of the culture like it is for conservatives.

Trump is a convicted felon and it does not make a difference for his voters. Biden has a bad debate and Democrats are fleeing left and right. That’s how you lose elections.

Sure, but Democrats seem very easy to discourage into not voting compared to conservatives.

Unfortunately, it looks like Trump is headed for a landslide unless something significant happens within the next few weeks. Buckle up!

I think his biggest issue is that he can come off as too “California.” Some people see that as elitist.

If that is indeed his biggest issue, then I think he’d be a great president. Very small issue compared to what Trump is carrying around and none of his voters seem to care.

Sure, I’d go with Katie Porter.

Given the fact that a large part of the American population is dumber than a bag of rocks, probably not much. But there’s plenty of time to teach.

Then again, I don’t think it makes much of a difference. People made up their minds on Biden vs Trump a long time ago and they are in their trenches. The US is truly in a sad state, and it’s quite embarrassing when I talk to family members and friends overseas.

There’s plenty of time to build up someone else. Plenty.

I’d be a more excited to vote for Josh Shapiro or Michelle Obama or Gretchen Whitmer or Gavin Newsom or some other good candidate, but I’d vote for Joe Biden any day of the week.
