I legitimately have no idea what this comment means.
“Trump’s comments still fall broadly within the ambit of the longstanding U.S. policy of strategic ambiguity regarding any action in the event of a Taiwan contingency.”
I’ll add to that as things are getting worse, fewer and fewer people are going to go to bat for the status quo, making the situation unsustainable. The status quo is what created these conditions in the first place, and if there isn’t at least a reasonable pathway towards addressing the various crises and underlying problems, it should be considered a non-starter.
Why do y’all hate evidence
so much?
Those questions are essentially meaningless. If Trump loses the election, declares himself president anyway and tries to use force to do so, and the US government uses force to stop him, is that not “the use of force to prevent Donald Trump from becoming president?” On the other hand, it could be interpreted to mean, Trump wins the election and you personally go out and shoot him, and the way the question is framed, followed up by whether or not they owned guns and quotes about lone wolf attacks, creates the impression to the reader that that’s what’s meant, but it’s unclear how anybody was interpreting that. Of course, unless you’re a strict pacifist, virtually everyone agrees that violence is sometimes justified, but that tells us nothing about under what circumstances and by whom.
If only they’d joined the SPD in voting for Hindenburg, the guy who won the election and appointed Hitler chancellor, then Hindenburg would’ve… won the election and appointed Hitler chancellor.
That sure is a lot of claims without one single source for any of them.
Right, because you’re doing zero analysis of the economic or political structures involved and playing fast and loose with terminology.
There are other monarchies in the world today that do hold political power. That doesn’t mean that they’re governing over a feudal system. The noble system I described is one of the defining characteristics of feudalism.
That’s both not true and also not what I asked. The UK has a king and noble family, does that make it a feudal system?
Does North Korea have the noble class I described? Do you have any evidence that such a class exists?
Neither of those countries returned to a feudal system. Where are the nobles, with entrenched legal privileges, with titles passed down on a hereditary basis, commanding their own armies? What a ridiculous claim.
Name one time when that’s happened.
Incredibly based. Just having someone with a voice in that chamber would be huge.
This is about the most incorrect analysis I can imagine.
Democrats right now would vote for Biden if he was in a coma
You would. But this core contingent of “vote blue no matter who” people is not large enough to win in the general.
Biden, unlike other potential democratic candidates is more likely to have some non trump Republicans voting for him.
Biden represents the same thing the Democrats have been offering for decades. Anyone who’s a Republican has already seen people like Biden and said, “No thanks, not interested.” Yeah he’s a centrist, but he doesn’t cut across party lines because he doesn’t bring anything new or different to the table.
The fact that media is only talking about Biden without urging trump to step down shows me the whole thing is astroturfed.
This is an absurd conspiracy theory. There have been plenty of high level Democrats calling for him to resign, as well as a significant number of Democratic voters. His debate performance raised concerns about his mental competency that everyone who isn’t self-deluding can see.
It’s completely meaningless to call for your enemy to step down. Why on earth would Trump listen to Democrats and liberal media outlets telling him to step down? What you’re suggesting is stupid and pointless, it accomplishes nothing and serves only to justify your conspiracy theory.
And? Does that contradict what I said in some way?
TIL 32% of Democrats are pushing conservative propaganda to discourage people from voting Democrat.
The “everyone who disagrees with me is a bad actor” conspiracy theories keep getting less and less plausible.
Because suggesting your enemy do things is meaningless.
Have you ever tried asking?
The term you’re looking for is Marxist-Leninist. It is by far the largest communist ideology in the world.
