Humans have fleeting feelings, emotions and moods. Not being able to express them is dangerous. Not just in the first persons experience, but for the next person who has to stuff their feelings for fear of being judged. Judged by somebody who felt exactly the same way at some point, but was told they’re not allowed to feel that way. It’s ludicrous.

If this pattern continues, nobody can get the help that they need. Nobody can express exactly how they feel due to fear. If honesty is being thwarted, what kind of help can be offered?
