    The ONLY real argument for anything regarding trans individuals is sports.

    This IS discriminatory against trans people. Why the fuck should laws exist to regulate sports? That’s not the government’s job, and it never fucking should be.

    If trans people want to play sports, and you want the government to make them stop through the threat of criminal prosecution, you’re not just an overt transphobe, but a fascist to boot.

    There is no evidence trans youth have an advantage in sports over their cisgender peers. Transgender student athletes have different body types just as cisgender student athletes. Genetics and training can affect how trans students play as well as if the student is on puberty blockers as part of their gender-affirming care.

    My father, a lifetime Republican before Trump, and still a rather fiscally conservative man, was actually conflicted on whether or it would have been better or worse if Trump had died on that stage. He openly calls the man a Fascist these days.

    Trump may be a Republican, but it’s actually rather generous to call him a Conservative.

    It wouldn’t surprise me if someone would think Trump’s death might return us to the Conservatism of the past, but I think that’s flawed. The Republican party has always been on the wrong side of social politics, and there’s no turning back from the stain of fascism on the party.

    This is such a disingenuous argument.

    A socialist endorsing the only candidate capable of defeating a fascist in November is not “endorsing genocide” just because the candid she endorsed in weak on Israel.

    If there was another candidate she could endorse that both had a chance of beating Trump and was sufficiently anti-Israel, I too would be critical of her choice to endorse Biden, but he is literally the only acceptable option she has available.

    Trump has promised to provide more support to Israel with fewer restrictions on how they can use the weapons we give them, so if you’re earnestly trying to minimize damage to the Palestinian people, your primary goal has to be to keep Trump out of the White House.

    If you care more about getting the perfect progressive candidate, and are willing to go scorched earth over it and let Trump win just to send a message, you can drop the act about caring about progressive things, because Israel will completely flatten Gaza without opposition, and we’re probably going to start genociding homeless and queer people here at home too.

    So remember that, after the election is over, we will remember who voted for and against Fascism, and l “not voting for Trump” isn’t going to be enough to protect you.
