National polls are essentially garbage in close elections. They really only say if there’s going to be a landslide. The fact nationwide polls are close and getting closer is generally bad for an incumbent.

If you have no intention of ever supporting Trump, it doesn’t matter what he does. It would be nice if the not Trump option wasn’t so similar in age and mental capacity.

There’s nothing uncertain about Biden at this point. It’s a matter of being in denial or anger.

It’s also harder to force Trump out, he actually won a real primary. Republicans would have to copy Democrats and argue that they can choose anyone they want regardless of votes.

The really dangerous part about these polls is the potential impact on the house. Biden could win these states, but still lose ground in the house which makes the victory more pyrrhic than anything.

The media didn’t miss a story, they actively colluded to hide it. Anyone pointing out Biden’s decline was a Fox news watching conspiracy theorist, or it was a deep fake.

It really doesn’t change much. Instead of just ignoring what presidents do that might be criminal, it’s explicitly immune.

Also this ruling doesn’t grant further immunity to others. The president can order seal team 6 to kill someone, but they’d still face charges if it wasn’t plausibly a legitimate target.
