I’m guessing it’s too early for polls to actually tell. It comes around the same time as the RNC, so even if his numbers go up, it may be hard to tell what is responsible

I think it’s also important to note that we didn’t hear about this from Biden’s camp. They did their job cause it was the right thing to do, not for some publicity stunt.
I had a friend that was a die hard Bernie Sanders fan until Trump became relevant. He turned to a qanon following psycho that pushed away everyone close to him.
Yeah, that’s in the quote. I’m more complaining about the concept of “net zero”.
Currently, an agreement is under review to ensure that 70% of the Sphere’s power needs will come from solar sources, with the other 30% from non-renewable energy that will be offset by renewable energy credits.
Nevada has pledged to achieve net zero emissions of greenhouse gases by 2050, and the solar project under construction to help offset its energy debt is estimated to complete in 2027.
How stupid is it that somebody can claim “Net Zero” greenhouse gas emissions when 30% of their power is greenhouse gas.
Just gonna throw this out there. Fuck credits, charge a carbon tax.
This is the problem with parties that only win by fear mongering. Their dishonesty results in our progress being held back.
I disagree that he is all we have. If he drops out before the DNC, that is plenty of time for his replacement and their VP pick to make an impact on the campaign.
That’s because democratic voters expect more from their candidates. Let the republicans put up this joke of a fascist. I expect better than Biden and Hillary Clinton and will be happy the day Biden drops out.
And if he doesn’t, I will vote for him and bitch about the Democratic Party the same way I did in 2016.
I think AOC has a lot of the same features that made Bernie so popular on 2016 with the added benefit of youth.
The GOP will try to demonize, but she will rise above the noise the same way Bernie did. Given that she is so young, she can stay relevant and pick and choose the exact moment she wants to run for president. Or even VEEP as the gateway to presidency.
I want to save to the share drive that looks like a regular folder path.
It’s not the “straight blue ticket” voters we need to be worried about. I’d vote for a Biden with late stage dementia over any variation of Trump.
The worry is that people that don’t always vote, but showed up on 2020 are no longer going to show up because the Trump threat is a distant memory and Biden is such a weak candidate.
And while we all knew Biden was a weak candidate, the historically bad debate performance and everything that has come up since has only shown how truly weak Biden is.
To act like this is all a conspiracy pushed by the wealthy to avoid being taxed and not actual citizens that want a better chance at beating Trump is just silly.
And it has nothing to do with one of the worst debate performances in history? Really?
People were already hesitant about Biden before this debate. His performance was a wake up call. And nothing that has been done since has made him look any better.
Yes, Literally anybody! What a silly premise for question… This is Hillary Clinton all over again. Democrats are being force fed the worst possible candidate we can get.
With that said, Kamala Harris is the best answer I think, for logistical reasons. But let her choose a good running mate that may bring some excitement and I think the democratic voters may come out to vote.
I think part of the problem is that democrats/liberals expect more from their candidates. Republicans just care about winning and destroying the other party.
Facts don’t matter these days
Problem is, it’s up to the courts to decide what is and isn’t “official us business”. As of now, everything Trump does will be “official”, and nothing Biden does would be “official”.
Doesn’t matter what is fair and even cause Republicans don’t play by that game.
I get that, but part of the issue is optics. The Democratic party can easily promote the narrative that “progressive” ideals are not far left.
Hillary Clinton said in a debate that Medicare for all will never be implemented. She didn’t say that because she believed it, or even that she wanted it to be true. She said it because her opponent was running on that platform and gaining a massive following of mainstream voters as a result.
The party needs to quit reacting when Republicans say they are “far left” and instead fight to control the narrative. I guarantee the “old and conservative” democratic voters would follow suit if the party pushed for it.
Democrats are so afraid of being called “Far Left” that they end up being much further right than most Democrat’s want. Fact is, progressive democrats aren’t even “Far Left”. They need to quit playing onto they narrative cause it’s not true.
I had a friend that said he only voted for Trump in 2016 cause he felt like he needed somebody to protect his rights to own a gun. This guy that “protected” host rights to own a fun also did massive amounts of damage to other people rights.
I wish Dems would quit talking about guns. It’s a mistake.
